Open the app, create a group (the team, the crew, the flat or the office) and pick a template of fines. Then add the people and start issuing fines. If you want others to see it on their phone, send them the group's link or its 6-letter code.

With the link you were sent: if you have the app installed, it opens by itself. If not, install Olutax, tap “I have a code”, enter the group code and pick who you are, or sign up with your name.

No. The money does not go through the app. It is paid in cash, with PayPal or however your group does it, and the treasurer marks what is paid. Olutax only keeps the books.

No. Anyone without it shows up in the group by name and can be fined all the same. Whoever wants to see what they owe opens the link.

It is whoever creates the group, or the person they delegate to. They mark payments, in full or in part, void fines issued by mistake, change the group's settings and can decide that only they issue fines.

Ask the treasurer to void it. The fine stays in the history marked as voided, so everyone knows what happened.

All the members of the group, and nobody else. Note: with the link or the code, anyone can join, so share it only with your people.

Fines are jokes and must not humiliate anyone. Report the content from the app or write to us at hello@opharana.com with the group code and we will review it. The treasurer can also void the fine.

If you had linked your account to Apple, Google or an email, sign in and you recover everything. If not, the anonymous account cannot be recovered: rejoin your groups with their code and pick who you are.

From the app itself: Settings → “Delete my data”; we will ask you to confirm. You leave all your groups and your user is deleted. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

It removes the ads and adds unlimited groups. You can have it with a monthly subscription or a one-time payment, forever. It is personal. The price in your currency appears in the app before you buy.

The subscription is managed by the store, not the app:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Olutax → Cancel subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Olutax → Cancel subscription.

Do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep what you bought until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. More details in the Terms.

Check that you are using the same store account you bought with and tap “Restore purchases” in the app. If it still does not show up, write to us at hello@opharana.com with the Apple or Google receipt. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us.

Because the app is funded by Google AdMob advertising and, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the law requires asking for your consent before loading personalized ads. On iOS, Apple's tracking prompt also appears. You can decline: you will see non-personalized ads and the app works just the same.
